1. Acceptance

By using FormulaPad ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Service Description

FormulaPad is an AI-powered tool that generates, explains, and debugs spreadsheet formulas for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The Service is available as a web application and a Google Sheets add-on.

3. Free and Paid Plans

  • Free plan: 5 formula generations per day. No credit card required.
  • Pro plan: Unlimited formula generations for $9/month. Billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
  • Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions.
  • Share your Pro account credentials with others.
  • Use automated tools to make bulk requests beyond normal usage.

5. AI-Generated Content

Formulas and explanations are generated by AI and provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying any formula before using it with important data. FormulaPad is not liable for errors in AI-generated formulas or any resulting data loss.

6. Intellectual Property

Formulas generated by the Service are yours to use freely. The FormulaPad name, logo, and website content are owned by FormulaPad and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FormulaPad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Refunds

If you're unhappy with Pro, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing ardaduba554@gmail.com.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to Pro subscribers.
